Communicating With Pittsburgh Penguin Season Ticket Holders
Chad Slencak, the team’s Vice President of Ticket Sales, has stated that the ticketing team has been keeping in constant contact with the Season Ticket holders since the league suspension. The ticketing staff have had over 4,000 calls since the hiatus began.
“I think it’s a way for our organization – the players, the coaches, the management – to reach out and communicate with our fanbase that we’re so appreciative of” Pens head coach Mike Sullivan stated.
What a special moment for those season ticket members; this is certainly one way to maintain a high retention rate throughout the years.
